The process of making changes in yourself is a formula that you create one step at a time. This requires you to make a decision. The decision to make mental changes and the decision to make physical changes.The really awesome part about this is that this is one of many ongoing opportunities to recreate yourself. The first step is always the biggest one,the concept of changing your mind.
There are many challenges associated with making this change. I will tell you an approach that i find to be the most effective. This method can be changed a little or a lot,but the baseline will give you the best opportunity for success.
The first thing I would suggest doing is changing the way you see other people. You have to take a few moments everyday and just watch people,look at all races, men, women, shapes and sizes. This is very important because what you’re trying to do is level the playing field, you’re making yourself like everyone else. You can’t make any progress if you think you’re better than anyone else,you just can’t! I’m not saying don’t be confident, I'm just saying that now everyone is the same. The busy business owner is the same as the busy single mom or dad. The struggling family is the same as the wealthy household. If you adopt this way of thinking, you will start to feel more peaceful in your place,you're no better than anyone else,just be the best version of yourself. This is the first step,now you are on your way to changing your mind.
Now that you have taken this step,it’s now time to start changing your ways. What i mean is that change how you talk to other people,change how you eat,change the tone of how you speak,start to make all of these things in a positive light. You have to start relaxing a bit more and making the attempt to stress less. The steps are small ones,you don’t have to take on all of these at once. The few ways that I mentioned are only the ones that jump out at me first, your changes can be your own, don’t feel the need to follow my direct suggestions,but commit to doing something different,that’s the key to all of it, make changes!
And make the changes positive.
We all can improve in some area,and we must all admit that. I ask you to make that huge effort to work on these changes each and everyday. The way to this clarity is to slowly work on your list of changes daily! We are all people trying to live peacefully. t is extremely important to move forward,set your course and challenge yourself to change your mind and change your ways.
