Regaining confidence and balance12/8/2017 I have noticed that most things in life are quite doable, regardless of how big or how small they appear to be. It’s easy to look at other people and immediately let negative thoughts creep into your mind. These thoughts and feelings tend to arrest our development and have a tendency to keep us from being happy with ourselves. I know firsthand that following your own interests can create insecurities because of the judgement that others may place on you. It’s important, men and women to step out with confidence and pursue your hobbies and passions to the fullest. I now have this ability,to confidently take this approach in my life. Now, I must begin by saying that it took time and lots of “meetings with myself “ to develop this outlook.
The important part that is often forgotten is the ability to be completely comfortable with who you are. Understanding that the more you get used to doing your own thing, the easier it will become. Your confidence will grow to levels you never thought possible, because you are tapping into a place in your mind and in your heart that’s pure and true to who you really are. If you practice this everyday, you will step out of your front door with a new found ability to not only lead yourself, but also lead others. Keep in mind it’s a daily routine that keeps you balanced, this will validate all of your securities in yourself and your activities, you will begin to soar as others will look at you for inspiration. So take that chance and go all out, someone out there is looking for a leader, it just might be you. The idea of taking chances and taking the road less travelled can possibly be the road for you. Make no mistake about it, I understand the need to work and make money, but there is no need to let a day go by without doing something that makes you feel alive!! You owe it to yourself to make that time. I'm asking you and urging you to regain that confidence and balance by stressing less and start enjoying your life more. Make time for you……….everyday.
